A company is looking for a Manager, Data Science to lead a team in developing data-driven solutions and optimizing decision systems.



Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to deliver innovative solutions with measurable outcomes
Design and optimize machine learning models and data-driven algorithms to address complex business challenges
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and foster data-driven decision-making across the organization


Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience leading a team of Data Scientists or similar professionals
5+ years of experience applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business challenges
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning solutions in a production environment
Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile and scalable data architecture
