• Is on-call REQ? Yes; What is the req? 10 call shifts per month, weekend and weekday. Holiday call rotation required.
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

• Pending License accepted: Manager's discretion
• RTO Restrictions: Please request RTO up front if possible. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday and weekend rotation.
• Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week.

  • Certs Required: BLS
  • Certs Preferred: ACLS, CNOR, PALS
  • Special Requirements: CVOR experience required. ECMO, Left Ventricular Assist Device, Mitral Valve Replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Scrub Vascular Surgery, ASD/VSD Repair, Tetralogy of Fallot Repair, Transposition of the Great Arteries Repair, Valve Repair/Replacement, Ventricular Assist Device Implant, Scrub Pedi Cardiovascular Surgery, Heart Transplant, Organ Donation, Scrub Pedi Transplant Surgery, Administration of Blood Products. Must have experience scrubbing and circulating CVOR, including pump cases, open heart procedures and ECMO.
