Job Summary:

Get a 1-year experienced Ortho/Trauma/MS RN position with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Requirements include BLS certification, every other weekend commitment, and a flexible schedule with possible block scheduling.

Responsibilities:

--- Ortho/Trauma/MS RN duties in various hospital care areas.
--- Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
--- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
--- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
--- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- --- 1-year experience in Ortho/Trauma/MS nursing.
- --- BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred.
- --- Every other weekend commitment is required.
- --- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- --- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
