- This is a permanent position
- Weekend beeper call / 1:6 for 1st, 1:10 for 2nd
- W2 status
- Medical Supervision Model
- 400+ licensed bed facility / 9,000 annual cases
- Mix of general, ortho, ENT, endo, GI, Cath lab, etc.,
- No CRNAs in heart cases (performed by physician),
- No OB, peds, or neuro
- 6 Weeks PTO
