• Work in a hybrid role, alternating between bedside nursing shifts and virtual care responsibilities
• Provide exceptional patient care while utilizing advanced technology and tools to support your work
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plansRequirements
  • Active RN license in the state of Missouri
  • At least two years of nursing experience, with preference given to those with preceptor and charge nurse experience
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits
