New Graduates and Experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply! $2,000 Sign on Bonus - NO Contract! Proposed Schedule (12 Hr Shifts) : Days (7:00a-7:30p) or Nights (7:00p-7:30a) Overview: According to the plan for care prescribed by the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, the LPN will provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice for adult and geriatric patients. Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
• Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
