  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage the selection and daily activities of the Solution Integrator.
  • Ensure the project stays on time and within budget.
  • Work with various teams (HR, IT, Operations, etc.) to update and integrate processes.
  • Coordinate with U.S. and Canadian teams.
  • Drive change management to transition to centralized HR processes.
  • Use both Agile and Waterfall project management methods.
  • Provide regular updates and risk assessments to the Project Owner and executive team.Required Skills & Experience:
    • Experience leading at least one full SAP SuccessFactors implementation for a large organization.
    • Success in delivering two other large-scale platform integrations.
    • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and talent acquisition in high-turnover environments.
    • Excellent IT project management skills.
    • Proven ability to lead organizational change.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.Work Environment:
      • Based in Greater St. Louis, MO, with 3-4 days in the office each week.
      • Travel to Montreal, QC every 4-6 weeks.
