Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Global Compensation &
Benefits to manage rewards for their worldwide team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a Global Rewards strategy and programs
Coordinate job architecture and manage mobility and expatriate
programs
Plan and complete annual global processes, such as Merit, Bonus,
and Performance cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, law, or equivalent
Over 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in developing global Reward Programs, including STI and
LTI concepts
Proven track record in multi-country organizations
Solid experience with executive remuneration concepts and
reviews
