Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Designer focused on
economy and progression in game development.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept, design, implement, and balance progression systems and
rewards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and
gameplay
Create design specifications and artifacts to communicate design
intent
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of industry experience, including System Design
experience
Experience designing and shipping major progression, economy, or
metagame systems
Deep understanding of progression systems in multiplayer RPGs and
session-based action games
Experience with the progression and end-game experience of RPGs
with PvE and PvP gameplay
